Girls who attend our football sessions were special guests of Sheffield United at their match against Birmingham City on 25th November 2017.
United dedicated the match to supporting the work of the Kick It Out Campaign against racism and discrimination in football.
The girls were given Kick It Out T-shirts and formed part of the guard of honour, holding the Kick It Out flags on the pitch as the teams came out.
It was the first match most of them had been to.
New players of any ability are always welcome to join our free football sessions on Tuesdays from 6-7pm and Saturdays from 11am-12.00.
