Cup Fever!

Sunday April 4th is Cup Final day for Football Unites. Sharrow United, supported by Football Unites, meet Blackburn Railway in the Regional Alliance League Cup Final at 11am – Sharrow’s first ever appearance in a Cup Final in their fourth season.The Frecheville ground on Silkstone Road, Sheffield, plays host to the final.

The match comes at the end of a hectic week for Sharrow who have games the previous Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday as they try to clear a fixture backlog. They currently sit in second place in the Premier League, 9 points behind the leaders Bathfield, but, with 3 games in hand, within striking distance. Blackburn Railway are currently third in the 2nd division.
