History of Black Footballers Exhibition

With both Black History Month and Anti-Racist Action Week in Football coming up in October, FURD still has one copy of the History of Black Footballers Exhibition available for hire. It is available for the cost of delivery only (around £20) and consists of 8 laminated posters telling the story of black players´ contribution to British football from the 19th century to the present day. For more information contact Football Unites.

Lots of new content is currently being added to our website - click on Biographies to read more about some of the black pioneers in football, and follow the fortunes of Sharrow United match by match in our projects section. Also in the projects section, find out more about our Coaching, Tournaments and the Black Footballers Heritage Project.
